That depends on access, not on our calendar. As soon as we are allowed to look at your website and your ad accounts, we start the analysis. Tell us what is pressing and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.

We do not publish a price list, because the work involved differs too much from business to business. You pick a package or put one together and send the request. You then get a written quote with the scope and a fixed price. Ongoing work is billed monthly. The quote is free, commits you to nothing, and the price does not change without your agreement.

No. Ongoing work runs month to month. Either side can give thirty days notice. We would rather keep you because of the results than because of a contract.

No. You pay Google, Meta and the other platforms directly from your own account, so the invoices and the data stay with you. We charge for our work only, not for the ad budget.

You do, from the start. The ad accounts are in your name, the code sits in your own storage, and you get the texts and designs as files. If we stop working together, nothing has to be handed over, because nothing is held by us.

Yes. Most people start with one thing: a campaign, a new page, or a look at the website. If we see that the real problem is somewhere else, we will tell you. We will not make a bigger package a condition.

Usually it makes things faster. We take on the parts you have no time or tools for and leave the rest with you. We put down in writing at the start who does what, so nothing falls between the two.

Yes. We work in German and in English and everything runs in writing, so time zones are not a problem. Our focus is on businesses in and around Berlin, though, because that is where local advertising works best.

You describe briefly what is not working. We ask a few questions and then tell you plainly whether we can help. If we cannot, we will usually name someone who suits you better.
