Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply to all services provided by Aurenta Media, owner Muhammad Asif, Kaethe-Dorsch-Ring 18, 12353 Berlin, and to the use of this website. They apply to businesses, public-law entities and public-law special funds.

Terms of the client that differ from these do not become part of the contract, even if we do not expressly object to them.

1. Scope and acceptance

A contract comes into effect when we issue an offer in writing or by email and the client confirms it, or when we confirm an order in writing. The scope of work stated in that offer applies. Side agreements made verbally are binding only once we confirm them in writing.

2. Services provided

We provide content creation, media publishing, social media management, paid campaigns, website SEO, web and app development, UI/UX design, and video production and editing. The exact scope is agreed in writing for each engagement. Anything not listed there is not owed. We may involve third parties; responsibility for the agreed work remains with us.

3. Quotes, orders and contracts

Offers are valid for fourteen days from their date unless stated otherwise. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted in writing before the work is done and are carried out only once approved. We are not obliged to carry out additional work requested without prior approval.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code, that is, you enter into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business or profession, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded exclusively by means of distance communication such as email, telephone or this website. Businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code have no such right.

Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aurenta Media, Käthe-Dorsch-Ring 18, 12353 Berlin, Germany, kontakt@aurentamedia.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right expires early. For a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that we began performance only after you gave your express consent to do so and at the same time confirmed that you were aware you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract (Section 356 (4) of the German Civil Code).

We do not begin work before the withdrawal period has ended unless you expressly ask us to. We obtain that request separately and in text form, together with the confirmation described above; it is not part of these terms and is never pre-ticked.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

To Aurenta Media, Käthe-Dorsch-Ring 18, 12353 Berlin, Germany, kontakt@aurentamedia.com:

I/we (*) hereby give notice that I/we (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the supply of the following service (*)

Ordered on (*)/received on (*)

Name of consumer(s)

Address of consumer(s)

Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper)

(*) Delete as appropriate.

5. Fees and payment terms

Fees and billing follow from the offer. Ongoing work is invoiced monthly in advance, projects against milestones the client approves. Invoices are due within fourteen days without deduction. In the event of late payment the statutory rules apply; we may suspend ongoing work until payment is received, after giving notice.

Media budgets are not part of our fee. The client pays advertising platforms such as Google or Meta directly from their own account. We manage those accounts but do not pay on the client's behalf and do not owe any particular budget.

We are a small business within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act. We therefore do not levy VAT and do not show it separately on invoices. Every amount named in an offer or an invoice is the full amount payable; nothing is added to it.

6. Term, notice and cancellation

Ongoing work runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either side in text form with thirty days notice to the end of a month. There is no minimum term. Projects end when the agreed work is accepted. The right of either side to terminate for good cause is unaffected. Work delivered up to termination is invoiced.

7. Client responsibilities

The client provides the access, content, images and information we need for the agreed work, and names a contact authorised to make decisions. For material supplied to us, the client confirms holding the necessary rights. Approvals are given promptly. If access or approvals are delayed, agreed dates move accordingly.

8. Intellectual property and ownership

On full payment the client receives unlimited rights of use, in time, territory and purpose, to the results created for them. Ad accounts, repositories and design files are held under the client's own account and stay there. No rights are transferred in our templates, tools or general know-how, or in third-party software we use. No rights are granted in drafts that were not commissioned. We may name the engagement as a reference unless the client objects.

9. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's confidential information confidential, uses it only for the engagement and does not pass it to third parties unless this is necessary to deliver the work or required by law. This obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We perform our services professionally and to recognised standards. No particular commercial outcome is owed: reach, search rankings, enquiries and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including the algorithms and policies of the platforms. Defects in a deliverable are remedied within a reasonable period after being reported. Statutory warranty rights otherwise apply.

11. Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation is breached, meaning one whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance a party may rely, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.

12. Data protection

How we process personal data is set out in the privacy policy. Where we process personal data on the client's behalf as part of the engagement, we conclude a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR before that processing begins.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the client is a merchant, a public-law entity or a public-law special fund, Berlin is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future engagements. For contracts already running we give notice of changes in text form at least thirty days before they take effect. If the client does not object within that period, the new version is deemed accepted; we point this out separately in the notice. The version in force at the time of the order applies.

15. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This statement is made voluntarily: as a business with ten or fewer employees we are exempt from the obligation to provide it under Section 36 (3) of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters.

If a dispute with a consumer cannot be settled between us, we will inform that consumer in text form about the competent consumer arbitration board and about whether we will take part, as required by Section 37 of that Act.
